  • New clients/projects receive a complimentary 15-minute consultation, this allows us to get to know about your business goals and learn ways that we can assist you.
  • After the initial consultation, we will email you a project proposal, quote, or instructions on the next steps.
  • All project communication and instructions must be submitted via email. Text messages are not monitored.
  • For additional consultations or brainstorming additional ideas for your business we offer 45-minute marketing consultations.

  • All projects under $100 require payment in advance to initiate the project.
  • Projects over $100 require a minimum of 50% deposit prior to starting the project, and a final 50% prior to the final launch or delivery of the project.
  • Quotes are subject to change if; upon starting the project becomes larger or more time-consuming than initially anticipated, or communicated.
  • We will notify you if the project is extending beyond the anticipated scope, and advise of any additional costs.
  • Payments plans can be considered on a per-project basis. Schedule a consultation to discuss.

  • Content editing or creating is not provided in our design service.
  • At times we may offer suggestions, or guidelines as needed.

  • Redesigning a project due to size errors (in the client's communicated size requirements) the project will be billed at our standard rates.
  • All project instructions are accepted via email only,
  • Phone or text message instructions are not accepted. (This ensures accuracy, streamlining, and tracking purposes.)

Project Timeframes

The project timeframe or timeline is the amount of time we allot to complete each project.

  • The specific timeframe for your project will be communicated prior to starting the project. All design projects have a specific beginning and an end date. (The number of days noted for completion are based on business days only and exclude major holidays.)
  • Allow 1-3 business days for new requests to be completed, such as simple website updates or graphic design flyers, etc once we receive your request, your project will be queued for completion.
  • Website design can be 1-4 weeks depending on the size of the website.
  • Website redesign projects can take up to two weeks.
  • Project Extensions. Projects that extend beyond the communicated project timeframe due to a clients' lack of communication or additional revision requests will have an additional fee as projects are quoted based on an allotted timeframe. An extension fee will apply to projects that go beyond the project time frame.
  • Timely response. To complete projects according to the project time frame, we will respond to edit requests within 1-2 business days. We also require that clients respond to project approvals or edits within 1-2 business days, this helps us all stay on track and complete the project on time.

  • We do not generally accommodate rush projects. We consider them on a case-by-case basis, a rush fee will apply.
  • Rush fees start at $45+

Frequently Asked Questions.

Can you just “design” something and let me see if I like it?

Sure, we can design something for you if you need help with direction, however, that will be an additional cost as it will take additional time to create the concept, branding, market research review your industry design standards.

Consider scheduling a brainstorming consultation.

'I want to add something to my already designed website, but I don't know where I should put it, you decide'

Sure in most cases we can help you decide on a placement location, however after it's placed, if you don't like it there and want to move it elsewhere on your website, it would be billed as two seperate updates.

Project Costs Example:

This example is if a client wants a marketing postcard designed, (plus some extras).

  • I know exactly what I want, my content is ready! – Project Quote $45
  • I do not know what I want, can you help me figure out the best look for my business  - Original Project price $45+ additional design fee of $45 - Project Total $90
  • I got busy, went on vacation, and had no time to review the design you sent last week, I now need to extend the project time frame. Project Total $90 + $45 fee for timeline Extention - Project Total now $135
  • I know we already edited a few times already, but now I realize I need some additional edits and make some more changes. Project Total of $135 + $45 additional revisions. Total Cost now $180.
