Once you have your event marketing tools, you need a plan, to ensure an effective marketing experience.

The Plan: Being a vendor at a tradeshow, seminar or any other event setting is a great way to market and promote your business. Part of your plan includes preparing before the event, during the event, and after the event. Have an event marketing plan.

Here are 15 effective vendor marketing tips.

  1. Vending is an excellent marketing strategy and a great way to enforce your brand and show your professionalism.
  2. Being a vendor lets people get a peek view of you and professionalism and your business culture.
  3. Event Promotion. Promote your participation in the event on your website, and on social media.
  4. Have a marketing plan and goal. What action do you want the booth visitor to take? Anticipate questions.
  5. Plan to wear a branded polo shirt, dress shirt or t-shirt imprinted with your business logo for a polished appearance.
  6. Plan to have candy at your table as it is an attraction.
  7. Choose handouts that have meaning will stay with your potential clients longer, such as a magnet with an inspirational quote.
  8. You can have a few balloons plain or balloons printed with your logo, to add more attraction and excitement.
  9. Have a drawing for a prize, persons interested in winning a product or service from your business this helps you capture a listing of persons interested in your product or service.
  10. Arrive early to set up, and be prepared.

  12. Build your email and contact list.
  13. While at the event also network with other vendors that have services that complement yours.

  15.  Be sure the event organizers, provide you with a list of attendees, that you can follow up with, in case they missed an opportunity to meet with you at the show.

Tip: Remember your booth visitor will be meeting many other vendors and getting lots of other promotional flyers and brochures. So be sure your branding stands out along with a leave behind; trade show handouts such as a pen or other useful item, this will ensure that they look at your message a second time or even more. Based on our consultation with you we will create a branded design for your business or event presentation, including supplemental imagery if none is provided, we will also select the fonts, layouts, color schemes etc that come together to create your brand.

Are revisions allowed?

Yes, design revisions are allowed, we account for approximately 2-3 revisions per design product. Beyond that, there is a small fee.

Will I get the file for the designs for reprinting purposes?

Yes, you can be provided a PDF file of the design, if requested prior to starting the design project.
We have different processes for print only vs. print and design, so you will need to request print only ahead of time. Once your design is completed and printed we save them for you so that all you have to do is call and tell us to reprint, with no design fee just the printing cost.

Do the prices above include the design or only print?

Prices listed above includes the design of all items, the printing and delivery to you on all items.

What does the banner come with?

This particular banner comes with the custom design, a retractable stand, and a case.

How soon can I have my design and print?

Design can be completed within 3-7 business days. After the design approval, printed items can be sent to within another 3-7 business days after the design.
